Yogurt fritters: very quick to prepare, one leads to another!

INGREDIENTS
400g (1 1/2 cup) yogurt 
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
500g (3 cups) flour 
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together eggs with yogurt and salt, and add lemon juice, lemon zest, flour, and baking powder.
  2. Make little balls and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
