Chocolate medallions: the delicious and easy to prepare sweets!

INGREDIENTS
Hazelnuts
Almonds
Walnuts
Pecans
300g (2 cups) of chocolate chips
Pistachio
Dry fruit
METHOD
- Pour the hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, and pecans into the baking pan covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 10 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and cool to 31/32°C degrees. Transfer the melted chocolate to the whipping cream bag.
- Pour the chocolate onto the baking tray covered with parchment paper forming small piles. Move the tray gently to spread out the chocolate forming the discs.
- Add the hazelnut, almond, walnut, pecan, and pistachio to each medallion and arrange the dry fruit on each one.
- Set aside for 15 minutes or until the chocolate are firm.
