Potato fritter balls: small, tasty and perfect!

INGREDIENTS
1 kg boiled potatoes
5 tbsp cornstarch
80 g baked ham chopped
1 carrot chopped
3 tbsp green onion
1 tsp salt
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together boiled potatoes with cornstarch, carrot, green onion, ham, and salt.
  2. Make little balls and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
