Tiramisù log: the creamy and delicious dessert without oven

Ingredients:
Ladyfingers
Espresso
Bitter Cocoa
Dark Chocolate 100g
For the mascarpone cream:
3 fresh eggs (medium size)
500g of Mascarpone
70g of granulated sugar
Vanilla flavoring 8g
Pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Beat the egg whites until stiff, combining vanilla flavoring, salt and sugar (40g).
2. Mix the egg yolks with 30 g of sugar and mascarpone.
3. Combine the two compounds for a perfect cream.
4. Prepare the coffee and assemble the tiramisu in the mold.
5. Leave in the fridge for 5-6 hours.
