Coconut and lemon truffles: easy, quick and so delicious

Ingredients:
250 g of mascarpone
30 ml lemon juice
50 g icing sugar
150 g coconut flour
Lemon peel
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with powdered sugar, lemon juice and coconut flour.
2. Form the balls and pass them in the coconut flour.
3. Then leave them in the fridge for at least 3 hours before enjoying them.
