Potato stuffed loaf: the simple recipe to surprise all your guests

Ingredients:
600 gr of potatoes
2 tablespoons of Parmesan
Salt to taste.
Black pepper
1 yolk
breadcrumbs to taste
cooked ham to taste
mozzarella to taste
Directions:
1. First boil the potatoes and mash them.
2. Then add Parmesan, salt, pepper, egg yolk and form a homogeneous mixture.
3. Roll out the dough on a greased sheet of parchment paper.
4. Roll out the mixture, stuff it and roll it up to create the meatloaf.
5. Cover it with breadcrumbs and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
