Chocolate sponge cake: the easy dessert without eggs and butter

Ingredients:
2 eggs (room temperature)
Vanillin 8g
80g of sugar
pinch of salt
70ml of oil
120 ml of warm milk
1 tablespoon of vinegar
200g of flour
baking powder 13g
40-50g bitter cocoa
milk and instant coffee (to wet the cake after cooking)
Ganache Chocolate:
chocolate 65% bitter cocoa
hot milk 80 ml
Directions:
1. Dough: mix the eggs with vanilla, sugar and salt.
2. Then add the oil, milk and vinegar.
3. Sift the flour and mix it with baking powder and cocoa.
4. Add the rest of the mixture and pour the mixture into a greased pan (also add the cocoa).
5. Bake at 170° for 25 minutes.
6. Prepare the syrup and moisten the cake.
7. Melt the chocolate in the milk and cover the cake.
