Creamy garlic confit: the delicious and easy to prepare jam!

Soft, creamy garlic confit is one of the most drool-worthy things you can whip up in the kitchen! Super simple and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
100 garlic cloves
450ml (2 cups) olive oil 
5 thyme sprigs
2 rosemary sprigs
3 bay leaves
1 tsp red chilli flakes
 
METHOD
  1. In a pan add all the ingredients and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
