Puff pastry zucchini: a fun appetizer idea to try!

INGREDIENTS
1 sheet puff pastry
3 zucchini
3 tbsp grated Parmesan
50ml ( 1/4 cup) olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
3 zucchini

50ml ( 1/4 cup) olive oil

1/2 tsp oregano
METHOD
- Roll out puff pastry, put 3 zucchini onto it and wrap zucchini with the dough.
- Cut into slices and transfer to the baking pan, spread with olive oil salt, and oregano.
- Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
