Stuffed tomato with rice: simple, fast and so deliciuos

Ingredients:
5 tomatoes
140 gr of original rice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Basil
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
Directions:
1. Wash the tomatoes well, cut the top off and empty them.
2. Transfer the pulp to a bowl and add oil, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.
3. Blend everything and add the rice.
4. Fill the tomatoes and bake them at 180° for 60 minutes.
