Pistachio meat rolls: how to make a tasty and simple meal

Ingredients:
500 gr of pork loin
250 gr of bacon
200 gr of provolone
200 gr of chopped pistachio
150 gr of breadcrumbs
100 gr of Parmesan cheese
water q.s.
salt, pepper, oil to taste
Directions:
1. Breading: mix the breadcrumbs with Parmesan, pistachio, salt and pepper.
2. Filling: mix the pistachio with Parmesan, salt and water. Form a uniform mixture.
3. Bread the slices of loin in breadcrumbs and stuff them.
4. Roll up the slices and arrange them in the trays.
5. Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
