Two layers sponge cake: you need to try this mouthwatering dessert

Ingredients:
Batter:
2 eggs
130 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
7 g corn starch
170 ml sour cream
130 g flour
10 g cocoa
5 g baking powder
Filling:
2 eggs
120 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
60 g corn starch
500 ml milk
100 g butter
200 ml cream
10-20 g powdered sugar
 
Directions:
1. Batter: mix the eggs with sugar and salt. Then add the starch, cream and sift flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
2. Cream: mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and starch. Pour in the milk and let it thicken over the heat. Then add the butter and put the cream to cool.
3. Assemble the cake remembering to keep the top and crumble it.
4. Refrigerate the cake for about 3/4 hours and then serve it.
