Chocolate mini cakes: the easy and delicious dessert to try

Ingredients:
Mini cakes:
20 grams of durum wheat flour
1 egg white
42.5 grams of powdered sugar
15 gr of melted butter
vanillin
a pinch of salt
Ingredients for the filling:
40 gr of egg white
32.5 ml of water
80 grams of sugar
Ingredients for the cover:
200 gr of dark chocolate
1 knob of butter
Directions:
1. Waffles: in a bowl mix the egg whites with vanilla, icing sugar, flour, melted butter and salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes and then prepare the waffles on the pan. Bake at 150 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
2. Filling: dissolve the sugar in the water. Separately, whisk the egg whites and gradually add the syrup.
3. Cover the wafers with the filling and place in the freezer for an hour.
4. Melt the chocolate and cover the sweets.
5. Refrigerate for an hour and then serve.
