Strawberry cheesecake: you'll fall in love with this dessert

Ingredients:
BASE:
100g biscuits
7g cocoa powder
40g butter
CHEESE CREAM:
270g spreadable cheese
100g sugar
270g fresh cream
7g gelatin in sheets
35g cold water
190g strawberry pulp
STRAWBERRY GELEE:
100g strawberry pulp
10g powdered sugar
4g gelatin in sheets
20g cold water
DECORATION:
Fresh strawberries
Directions:
1. BASE: blend the biscuits with the cocoa, then add the melted butter.
Spread the mixture on the base of the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. CHEESE CREAM: soak the gelatin in cold water. Soften the cheese and then mix with the sugar. Whip the cream and add to the cheese. Then add the strawberry pulp and the melted gelatin.
Divide the cream into two portions and pour half of it on the base, then put in the freezer for 45 minutes.
3. STRAWBERRY GELEE: soak the gelatine in water. Mix the pulp with the icing sugar and the melted gelatin. Pour on the first layer of cream and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
4. Cover with the second layer of cream and refrigerate for 4/5 hours.
5. Decorate with strawberries and serve.
