Crepes sponge cake with strawberries: the beautiful and creamy dessert

Ingredients:
2 eggs
180 g sugar
50 g olive oil
150 ml warm milk
210 g flour
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of vinegar
160 ml of water
500 g cream
130 g sugar
200 g mascarpone
1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberries to decorate
Directions:
1. Dough: mix the eggs with the sugar, then add oil, milk, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, vinegar and water.
2. Form a homogeneous dough and cook your crepes.
3. Cream: mix cream, sugar, mascarpone and vanilla extract.
4. Now assemble the cake and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours.
5. Decorate with strawberries and serve.
