Homemade durum wheat bread: the easy way to make it perfect and delicious

Ingredients:
500 g durum wheat flour
4 g baking powder
5 g of sugar
370 ml of water
10 g of salt
One tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Place flour and yeast in a bowl.
2. Then add sugar, water, salt and oil.
3. Form a homogeneous loaf and let it stand for 30 minutes in an oven with the light switched off.
4. Form the rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
5. Cover and let rise for one hour.
6. Bake at 180° for 30-35 minutes.
