Meatballs with tomato and cheese: you need to try this meal

Ingredients:
250 g minced meat
80 g ham
50 g onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tomato
Parsley
Salt and pepper
1 egg
Olive oil
Breading:
Flour
1 egg
Bread crumbs
Directions:
1. In a pan, fry the garlic and onion, then add the tomato.
2. In a bowl, mix the meat, ham, tomato, salt, pepper, parsley and egg.
3. Leave the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour.
4. Form the meatballs by stuffing them with the cheese and passing them in the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
5. Fry in hot oil and serve hot.
