Homemade hazelnut popsicles: you'll fall in love with this ice cream

Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
150g milk
50g sugar
1g salt
130g fresh cream
35g hazelnut paste
COVERAGE:
300g milk chocolate
35g cocoa butter
30g chopped hazelnuts
Directions:
1. Mix the egg yolks with sugar and salt.
2. Then pour the hot milk and bring it to the heat to thicken.
3. Transfer the cream to a bowl and leave to cool in the fridge.
4. Whip the cream and set it aside.
5. Then strain the cream and mix it with the hazelnut paste.
6. Add the cream and mix everything.
7. Pour the cream into molds and leave in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
8. Prepare the topping by melting the chocolate in a double boiler with butter and hazelnuts.
9. Dip the ice cream in the chocolate and let it cool.
