Wholemeal bread: how to make it delicious at home

Ingredients:
370 gr of type 1 flour
230 gr of wholemeal soft wheat flour
410 ml of warm water
30 ml of extra virgin olive oil
8 gr of fresh brewer's yeast
10 gr of fine salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
Directions:
1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in water.
2. Then add sugar, oil and flour.
3. Mix well and finally add the salt.
4. Form a uniform dough and let it rise until doubled.
5. Then make some rounds of folds and put the dough to rise in a cloth.
6. Then divide it into 6 portions and form the ciabatte.
7. Let them rise until doubled, then form the cuts and sprinkle the semolina.
8. Bake at 200 ° for 35 minutes with a saucepan of water (remove it 10 minutes from the end of cooking).
