Boiled egg cookies: the easy tip to make them so delicious

Ingredients:
300 g of cold butter
150 g of icing sugar
300 g of flour 00
200 g of potato starch
4 hard-boiled egg yolks
2 g of salt
vanillin
lemon peel

Directions:
1. In a bowl mix starch, flour, vanillin, salt, lemon peel and butter.
2. Then add the icing sugar and sift the hard-boiled egg yolks.
3. Form a uniform loaf and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Spread the pastry and form the cookies.
5. Bake at 170° for 20 minutes.
