Mini cheesecake: greedy and very quick to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
200g Cream cheese
200ml (4/5 cup) Greek yogurt
1 Egg
20g (2 tbsp) Cornstarch
60g (6 tbsp) Erythritol
5ml (1 tsp) Vanilla extract
Strawberries
Blueberries
METHOD
- Whisk in a bowl cream cheese, Greek yogurt, egg, starch, erythritol, and vanilla.
- Arrange strawberries and blueberries in a muffin tin, and then pour the mixture over them.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
