Eggplant rolls: the simple recipe to make them delicious

Ingredients:
1 large eggplant
cooked tomato sauce
200 g of cooked ham
200 g of sliced mozzarella
grated parmesan to taste
Directions:
1. Wash the aubergines well and dry them.
2. Cut them into thin slices and fry them in hot oil.
3. Cover the base of a pan with the tomato.
4. Form the rolls by filling them with tomato, parmesan, cooked ham and mozzarella.
5. Place the rolls in the pan and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
