Mini pasqualine: a delicious puff pastry recipe for Easter!

INGREDIENTS

1 roll of puff pastry
300g of spinach
250g of ricotta
4 eggs
30g of cheese
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp salt

METHOD

Place the eggs into the saucepan, and cook in boiling water for 8 minutes.
Cook spinach in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes, blend it, and mix with ricotta and cheese.
Place spinach mixture and egg into one piece of puff pastry, cover with more spinach mixture and puff pastry, repeat with others.
Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30 minutes.
