Chocolate cheesecake: the fresh and perfect dessert for any occasion!

Super creamy and ready with a few ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
500g cream cheese
330g milk chocolate
150ml cream
Cocoa powder
METHOD
- Melt 250g of the chocolate in a pan, and combine with the cream cheese in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined tin and leave to refrigerate for two hours.
- Add the remaining 80g of chocolate to a pan, stir through the cream and melt together.
- Pour the chocolate cream mixture on top of the cool cheesecake base and leave them cool in the fridge for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from the fridge and peel away the baking parchment and serve!
