How to cook puff pastry in a pan!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry (round one)
Breadcrumbs
5 boiled potatoes
80g of cooked ham
100g of mozzarella
Salt
Pepper

METHOD
  1. Unroll the puff pastry and place it in a pan, leaving the baking paper underneath. Prick the pastry with a fork.
  2. Cover with the lid and cook for 20 minutes. Flip out the puff pastry and cook for 10 more minutes on another side.
  3. Sprinkle the bottom with a sprinkling of breadcrumbs, and stuff with diced potatoes and arrange them on the bottom of the puff pastry. Add the cooked ham and diced mozzarella on top.
  4. Cover with the lid and cook until the mozzarella is melted.
