Sausage and red cabbage rolls: the simple and delicious dish!

INGREDIENTS
Red cabbage
Sausage
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
METHOD
- Separate the radicchio leaves spread them out on a cutting board and remove the harder central part.
- Take a piece of sausage and place it on the leaf and roll them up to form a roll. Continue in this way until all the ingredients are used up.
- Arrange the sausage rolls on the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Add the drizzle of oil and salt.
- Bake the sausage rolls in the oven at 220°C/428°F for 20 minutes.
