Magic ricotta cake: moist and creamy!

Buttery, creamy and incredibly moist, this Ricotta Cake is a chocolate lovers dream.
INGREDIENTS

750g (3 cups) ricotta;
130g (1 cup) powdered sugar;
100g (¾ cup) chocolate chips;
4 eggs;
30g (3 tbsp) cornstarch;
1 lemon (zest).

METHOD
- Use a whisk to combine ricotta cheese with eggs, cornstarch, powdered sugar, and lemon zest.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour ricotta mixture into a 20cm cake pan lined with parchment.
- Bake at 180°C/350°F for 1 hour 15 minutes.
