Fried fennels cutlets: an original and simple way to serve a delicious dish!

We found a delicious way to cook fennels!
 
INGREDIENTS
2 fennels
2 eggs
100g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
20g (2 tbsp) parmesan
Rosemary
Salt
Pepper
Flour

METHOD
  1. Cut the fennel into slices. Pour eggs, salt, and pepper into a bowl and whisk well.
  2. In another bowl, pour pretzels, parmesan, and rosemary and mix well.
  3. Roll the fennel in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Serve.
