Broccoli balls: the vegetarian recipe with a unique taste!

These balls are a mom’s life-saver when it comes to picky eaters! 
 
INGREDIENTS
300g broccoli
600g potatoes
Salt
Pepper
1 egg
40g (4 tbsp) parmesan
40g (4 tbsp) breadcrumbs
Cheese

METHOD
  1. Boil potatoes in water. Steam the broccoli.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the broccoli with a fork and grate the potatoes. Add salt, pepper, egg, parmesan, and breadcrumbs and mix well.
  3. Make balls from the obtained mass and put a cube of cheese in the middle.
  4. Roll the balls in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Serve.
