Fried sweet donuts: delicious and very fluffy!

You won't be able to stop at one! 
 
INGREDIENTS
260g (2 ⅛ cups) all-purpose flour;
90g (½ cup) sugar;
a pinch of salt;
10g (1 tbsp) baking powder;
1 egg yolk;
20ml (1 tbsp) olive oil;
1 orange (zest);
40ml (3 tbsp) orange juice;
70ml (⅓ cup) milk;
Vegetable oil for frying;
Sugar for decor.
METHOD
  1. Whisk flour with sugar, salt, and orange zest.
  2. Pour milk, orange juice and olive oil into the flour and mix to form a smooth but sticky dough.
  3. Cut the dough into small pieces and roll each into a rope.
  4. Pinch the edges of the rope together to form a ring.
  5. Cook donuts in preheated vegetable oil (180°C/350°F) for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden.
  6. Pass cooked donuts in sugar and serve right away.
