Ricotta pastries: easy to prepare stuffed desserts!

Just a few ingredients to make a great snack in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
1 puff pastry
250g (1 cup) of ricotta
40g (3 tbsp) of sugar
Chocolate chips
1 egg
Sugar

METHOD
  1. Using a mold (10 cm in size), make round shapes by pressing the puff pastry with a mold.
  2. In a bowl add the ricotta, sugar, chocolate chips and mix all together to prepare the filling.
  3. Add one spoon to each circle, brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 20 minutes. Add the chocolate chips to each pastry.
