Candied almonds: here's how to make them perfect!

This recipe requires only sugar and water to make a sweet coating for almonds! 
 
INGREDIENTS
200g (1 1/2 cups) almonds
200g (1 cup) sugar
45ml (3 tbsp) water

METHOD
  1. Add almonds, sugar, and water into a pot. Heat over medium heat stirring constantly until water evaporates, proximately 5-7 minutes.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to cook, stirring constantly for 10-15 minutes more or until sugar caramelizes.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, cool a bit, and serve.
