Veggie bread: a quick dish for a unique taste!

Perfect as an alternative to bread, this is super easy and delicious 😍
INGREDIENTS

135g (1 cup) raw rice
120ml (1/2 cup) water
1 boiled potato
15g (1/4 cup) chopped onion
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
3 tbsp yogurt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp cumin seeds
5g (1/4 cup) coriander léaves
80g (1/2 cup) chopped red bell pepper
80g (1/2 cup) chopped yellow pepper
50g (1/2 cup) chopped spring onion
15g (1/4 cup) shredded carrot
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
120ml (1/2 cup) water

50g (1/2 cup) chopped spring onion
15g (1/4 cup) shredded carrot
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
METHOD
- Wash rice in the water, then soak it for 4-6 hours.
- Mix rice with yogurt, water then grind into a smooth batter, then add boiled potato and mix well. Add in salt, baking soda, chili flakes, cumin, ginger, chopped onion, coriander leaves, peppers, spring onion, and carrot.
- Mix everything together and fry on medium heat for 3 minutes.
