INGREDIENTS

190ml (3/4 cup) of Milk

50g (1/4 cup) of Sugar

100g (1/2 cup) of Butter

150g of White chocolate

250g of Ground biscuits

90g (1/2 cup) of Chocolate chips

150g of Melted chocolate

For decoration:

Melted chocolate

Sugars

METHOD

In a pot add the milk, sugar, and butter and mix until the butter is melted. Bring to a boil and move from the stove. Add the white chocolate and mix it all together well.
In a bowl with the ground, biscuits add the previously prepared mixture and mix with the spatula until all is well combined. Cover with the foil and move to the fridge for 1 hour.
When the time has elapsed remove it from the fridge, add the chocolate chips into the mixture and mix all well together. Form the balls from the mixture and transfer them to the freezer for 40 minutes.
With the help of the toothpick take each ball and cover it with chocolate. When the chocolate is firm decorate with melted chocolate and sugars.
