Bread fritters: the recipe to make them without leavening

Ingredients:
200 g warm water
300 g flour
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
Fry oil
Directions:
1. Pour the water into a bowl and add salt and sugar.
2. Melt well and add the flour.
3. Form a homogeneous dough and divide it into equal portions.
4. Roll them out and fry them in hot oil.
