Sponge cake with chocolate cream: the delicious dessert

Ingredients:
Cream:
100 g of sugar
30 g of corn starch
20 g of unsweetened cocoa
500 ml of milk
60 g of dark chocolate
40 g of butter
Dough:
3 eggs
100 g of sugar
8 g vanillin
1 pinch of salt
120 ml of sunflower oil
150 ml of milk at room temperature
15 g of baking powder
240 g of flour
15 g of unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon of milk
Directions:
1. Cream: in a saucepan, sift and mix sugar, starch and cocoa. Add the milk and bring to the fire. Let it thicken and add the chocolate and butter. Transfer the cream to a bowl and let it cool.
2. Dough: mix the eggs with the sugar, then add vanillin, salt, oil and milk. Sift and add flour and baking powder. Divide the dough into two bowls and add the cocoa in one of the two.
3. Prepare the first layer of dough and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
4. Then add the cream and the remaining part of the dough.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
