No bake yogurt cake: the creamy recipe to prepare without oven

Ingredients:
Base:
200 g biscuits
90 g melted butter
Mousse:
350 g Greek yogurt
250 g condensed milk
90 ml lemon juice
Lemon peel
8 g of gelatin to be dissolved in 40 g of water
250 ml whipped cream
80 g white chocolate
Directions:
1. Base: blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Mash them in the mold and leave them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Cream: mix the yogurt with the condensed milk and then add the lemon juice, lemon zest and gelatin dissolved in water. Finally add the whipped cream.
3. Pour the mixture onto the base and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
4. Decorate with white chocolate.
