Custard cake: the delicious and beautiful dessert

Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry:
Flour 120 g
Butter 100 g
Baking yeast 5g
Lemon zest 1
Egg 1
Sugar 40 g
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Cream:
Egg 1
Sugar 50 g
Ricotta 280 g
Starch 5 g
Vanillin 8 g
100 g berries
Flaked almonds
Directions:
1. Shortcrust pastry: mix the flour with the butter and then add the lemon juice and yeast. Separately, beat the egg with sugar, salt and add to the rest. Place the dough in the mold (18 cm) and then put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
2. Cream: mix the egg with sugar and vanillin. Then add ricotta, starch and berries. Pour the cream on the base, level it and add other fruits and almonds.
3. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
