Sweet fritters: the recipe to make them fluffy and tasty

Ingredients:
500 g flour
20 g sugar
5 g dry yeast
5 g salt
1 egg
150 ml warm milk
400 ml warm water
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar.
2. Then add the yeast, salt, egg, milk and water.
3. Form an even dough, without lumps and let it rest for an hour.
4. Then give it a stir and let it rest for another 20-30 minutes.
5. Place the dough in a pastry bag and form the pancakes by frying them.
6. Then pass them in the sugar.
