Apple sponge cake: the famous dessert that never tires

Ingredients:
3 eggs
130 gr sugar
2 gr of salt
130 ml sunflower oil
150 ml milk
1 orange or lemon zest
300 gr flour
10 gr baking powder
2 apples
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs with the sugar, then add salt, oil and milk.
2. Add the orange zest, flour and yeast.
3. Form a uniform dough and pour it into the mold.
4. Add the cut and sliced apples and bake at 180 degrees for 35/40 minutes.
