Tortilla cones with coleslaw: a very fast and super tasty dish!

INGREDIENTS
4 piadinas
8 toothpicks
3/4 green cabbage
1/4 red cabbage
2 carrots
 
Dressing:
100g (½ cup) mayonnaise
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Salt
Pepper

METHOD
  1. Cut the two cabbages into thin strips and put them in a bowl. Grate the carrot and add to the cabbage.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix.
  3. Cut several piadinas in half and roll into a cone. Use a toothpick to keep the shape. Place the cones on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
  4. Fill the cones with the coleslaw.
