Puff fritters: the result will surprise you!

Ready with a very special method! 
 
INGREDIENTS
120ml (1/2 cup) milk
1 egg
20g (1 1/2 tbsp) melted butter
a pinch of salt
40g (3 1/4 tbsp) sugar
5g (1 1/4 tsp) vanilla sugar
350g (2 4/5 cups) flour
10g (1 1/3 tbsp) baking powder
Vegetable oil for friyng
1 egg white
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. Mix milk, butter, and one egg in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar, salt, flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and mix well until you get a homogeneous dough.
  3. Cover with cling film and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until you get a thin dough. Use a circular cookie cutter and make several circles.
  5. Remove the excess dough. Brush egg white in the center of each circle. And place one on top of the other until you get a tower of 4-6 overlapping circles.
  6. Press down with a skewer then fry in vegetable oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
