Homemade tortillas: the easy way to make them perfect

Ingredients:
500 grams of flour 00
2 eggs
50 gr of lard + 50 after
200 gr of water
salt
Processed meat
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour with eggs and 50 g of lard.
2. Then add the salt and water and form a homogeneous dough.
3. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
4. Divide it into 6 parts, roll them out and spread more lard.
5. Roll each portion and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
6. Roll them out and cook them in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil.
7. Stuff and serve.
