Savory cantucci: the delicious alternative to the Italian recipe

Ingredients:
3 eggs
rosemary
250 grams of flour 0
100 gr of almonds
40 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
half a teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of instant yeast (for savory pie)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour with the instant quiche yeast and salt.
2. Then add the Parmesan, rosemary and eggs.
3. Finally add the oil, the almonds and form a homogeneous and uniform mixture.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
5. Leave to cool for 10 minutes and cut into slices.
6. Cook for another 10 minutes and then turn them.
7. Another 10 minutes in the oven and they are ready.
