Zebra sponge cake: the recipe to make this original and tasty dessert

Ingredients:
125 g butter
150-200 g sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
3 eggs
200 g flour + 2 teaspoons of baking powder
Food coloring
1 tablespoon of cocoa

Directions:
1. First mix the butter and then add the sugar, lemon zest and eggs.
2. Sift and add flour and yeast.
3. Mix everything until the dough is uniform and without lumps.
4. Divide the dough into two parts and add the dye and cocoa in one of the two.
5. Alternate the two doughs in the mold to create the zebra effect.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
