Soft tangerine cake: fragrant and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
3 tangerines
1 egg
60g (1/4 cup) of sugar
Orange (peel)
60ml (1/4 cup) of seed oil
100ml (1/2 cup) of milk
180g (1 1/2 cups) of flour
8g (1/2 tbsp) of baking powder
Sugar
Powdered sugar

METHOD
- In a bowl add the egg, sugar and mix well. Add the orange (peel), seed oil, milk, and mix again. Sift flour and baking powder and combine everything well to get a homogeneous mixture.
- Grease the cake mold (mold size - 22cm) with the flour and pour the mixture level it with the spatula. Arrange the tangerines on top and sprinkle them with sugar.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F and decorate with powdered sugar.
