Tangerine upside-down cake: delicious and soft!

INGREDIENTS
Tangerines
3 eggs
8g (1 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
100g (1/2 cup) of sugar
100ml (1/2 cup) of vegetable oil
125g (1/2 cup) of vanilla yogurt
16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
160g (1 1/4 cups) of flour
Butter for greasing the pan
Sugar
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the eggs, vanilla sugar, sugar, and whisk. Add the vegetable oil, vanilla yogurt, sift the baking powder and flour and whisk all well together until smooth.
  2. Grease the pan (pan size - 28x18cm) with butter and arrange the tangerines on all sides of the pan. Sprinkle the arranged tangerines with sugar. Pour the prepared mixture and level it with a spatula.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 40 minutes and decorate with powdered sugar.
