Squid skewers: how to make them perfect and golden!

If you're looking for easy entertaining ideas, you can't go past these healthy and delicious calamari skewers!
 
INGREDIENTS
400g squid
Fresh parsley
Breadcrumbs
Garlic
Salt
Olive oil
Lemon slices

METHOD
  1. Cut the squid into strips. Make skewers out of them. Sprinkle with oil.
  2. Roll in bread crumbs with parsley. Arrange on a baking sheet and sprinkle with oil.
  3. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 5 minutes, then turn the skewers to the other side and bake for another 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with lemon slices.
