Ingredients
All-purpose flour
400 g (2 1/2 cups)
Warm water
250 ml (1 cup)
salt
3 g (1 tsp)
fresh yeast
3 g
Milk
20 ml (1 tbsp)

How to make Bread Fritters

Mix the flour with and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add yeast, milk, and oil.

Pour in the water, while mixing everything with flour using a fork.

When the dough becomes too thick for a fork, use your hands and knead it for about 10 minutes or until a smooth ball forms. If it is necessary, add a little more flour.

Cover the dough with a cotton cloth. Set it aside for about 2-3 hours or until doubled in size. Cut the dough into 4 pieces, roll each one into a ball and set aside for 1 hour.

Flatten the balls.

In pan with hot oil, fry each dough piece for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Place them on a plate covered with kitchen paper to remove excess oil. Serve your bread fritters and enjoy!
