No-bake and ready in a few steps. super easy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS

100g (1/2 cup) mascarpone

80g hazelnut cream

Round cookies

½ tsp cinnamon

250ml milk

150g chocolate

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp brandy

Powdered sugar

METHOD

Mix milk, cinnamon, and brandy in a bowl mix well, and soak each cookie in the mixture. Mix mascarpone with hazelnut cream.
Spoon a tablespoon of batter on top of a soaked cookie. Add another cookie on top and repeat until you form a tower of 5-6 cookies, let dry.
Lay several towers horizontally on a tray to form a log. Use the mascarpone and hazelnut mixture to coat the entire log.
Refrigerate 1 hour
Mix chocolate with coconut oil in a pan until melted. Cover the entire log with the chocolate mixture.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Use a fork to make textures on the log. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Make some cuts to the log or place one on top and one on the side. Decorate with powdered sugar.
